Vending at London Pagan Pride Day

UPDATE: Vendor Applications are now closed for 2017.

We welcome vendors at London PPD!  In addition to the members of the local Pagan community who attend the festival, vendors will also have access to a significant amount of foot traffic from people traversing Gibbon's Park.

Vendors will be considered based on the following criteria:

  • Merchandise or services that can be expected to be of interest to Pagans (e.g., ritual tools, hand made jewelry, tarot readers)
  • Businesses owned and operated by members of the local Pagan community
  • Handmade items are preferred over mass manufactured merchandise

A limited number of spaces are available.  London Pagan Pride Day reserves the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar merchandise.

Electricity is not available, and use of generators is not permitted.

Vehicles/trailers can enter the park for drop off/pick up, but may not stay in the park during the event.

Vendors should bring their own shelter, tables, and chairs.

The vending fee for 2017 is $30. Payment may be made by Email Fund Transfer.  Vendors will also be asked to donate a small product or service as a prize in our Warrior Games.  The vending fee includes a link on our website for one year.

Vendors are expected to have their own business liability insurance.

To submit a vending application please click on the link below for our online vending form.  If your application is accepted you will be notified and provided with instructions on how to remit the vending fee.  Vending fees are non-refundable.

Deadline for submitting applications is July 31.  Questions can be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
